Whether you’re balancing PCOS, giving yourself the nutrients it needs, or if you just want to feel energized instead of sluggish after breakfast, this recipe is for you. Because food should taste good and make you feel amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (gentle sweetness without the spike)

  • 1 teaspoon corn starch (for softness and fluff)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of milk, your choice of milk (almond is my favorite)

  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (hello, healthy fats + glowing skin)

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 2 scoops Promix protein powder (clean protein, clean energy)

  • (Optional) 4 tablespoons Hemp Yeah! Max Fiber Protein Powder (fiber to support gut health and fullness) More protein, more Fiber!!!

How to Make It:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients: flour, coconut sugar, corn starch, baking soda, salt, protein powders.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the

    milk, coconut oil, and egg.

  3. Combine both mixtures and stir gently until just mixed—don’t overwork the batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  4. Heat a non-stick or greased pan on medium. Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake.

  5. Cook until bubbles form and edges look set (about 2–3 minutes per side). Flip and cook the other side.

Why This Recipe Works for You:

✔️ High-Protein – Keeps blood sugar stable and hunger at bay

✔️ Rich in Fiber – Supports digestion and hormonal balance

✔️ Naturally Sweetened – No blood sugar spikes
